📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and supervise the restaurant staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high standards of performance.,Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the dining experience.,Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate supplies and cost-effective operations.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate dining services for patients and visitors.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
