In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our finance team. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and reconcile daily financial transactions and bank statements.,Maintain and update financial records and reports.,Prepare and submit monthly financial statements and reports to management.,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.,Handle vendor invoices and ensure timely payment processing.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial documentation.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial filings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance or administrative role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAP).Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance.Familiarity with financial reporting standards (e.g.GAAPIFRS).Experience with financial analysis and forecasting.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
