📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly menus.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and service.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing to optimize costs and ensure food quality.,Oversee the preparation and presentation of food to meet customer expectations.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure all food and beverage orders are accurately prepared and delivered.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Familiarity with local culinary trends and preferences.,Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
