As an HR Generalist, you’ll be at the core of our operations, managing everything from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management. You’ll work closely with department heads to ensure a seamless workforce strategy, leveraging tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse for efficient HR processes. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a passion for people and a knack for problem-solving.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires using ATS platforms like Greenhouse.
• Administer employee benefits, payroll, and compliance with local labor laws, ensuring smooth operations with tools like ADP Workforce Now.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company values and industry best practices.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to employees, fostering a culture of growth and development.
• Collaborate with department heads to design and deliver training programs, leveraging platforms like Cornerstone OnDemand.
• Handle employee relations, resolving conflicts and addressing grievances to maintain a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on HR trends and regulations, ensuring our practices remain compliant and competitive.
• Support the HR team in organizing and executing company events, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on generalist roles in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, and ADP Workforce Now.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in SHRM-CP or PHR (Preferred but not required).
• Experience working in a multicultural or international setting is a plus.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to employees and guests.
