We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Store Operator to join our team at Rejeki Kirana Medical Center. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the store's inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store's inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Assist customers with product selection and provide information about products and services.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized store, including shelves, floors, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and effectively.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.,Perform other duties as assigned by the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds (9 kg) of weight.,High school diploma or equivalent.
