PT Otoman Sumber is looking for a dedicated Tax Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert tax advice and assistance to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations, and be able to apply this knowledge to help our clients optimize their tax positions.

This is a hybrid role, which means you will spend some time working from our office in Boyolali and some time working remotely. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with both in-person and virtual collaboration.

The salary for this position is competitive and ranges from Rp 8.000.000 to Rp 11.000.000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide tax advice and assistance to clients to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals and businesses.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to tax laws and regulations, and provide training to staff as needed.
  • Assist with tax planning and strategy for clients, including identifying tax-saving opportunities.
  • Work with accounting and financial teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of tax information.
  • Prepare and present tax-related reports and analyses to clients and management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the tax department.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax consulting or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Certification in tax accounting or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience with tax software and systems is a plus.
