As a Packaging Development Executive at PT TUMBUH KARYA ABADI, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement packaging strategies that align with our business goals. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of new packaging concepts and designs using industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and 3D modeling tools.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the packaging industry.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure packaging solutions are cost-effective, sustainable, and meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing of packaging designs to ensure they meet functional and aesthetic standards.
• Manage the packaging budget and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices and terms.
• Present packaging concepts to stakeholders and make data-driven decisions to drive the success of our products.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in packaging design and development.
• Mentor and develop the skills of junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging development.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing packaging strategies for consumer goods.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and regulations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and 3D modeling tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
