📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the construction and maintenance of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Inspect and test construction sites to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports, cost estimates, and other project documentation.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of workers and the success of projects.
  • Conduct site audits and investigations to identify and resolve issues.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers and project staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Proficient in using engineering software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
