📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to perfection.
  • Ensure that all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served at the right time.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen.
  • Assist in the preparation of daily and weekly menus.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Ensure that all kitchen equipment is in good working condition.
  • Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.
  • Participate in inventory management and cost control.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and ensure high standards of food quality.
  • Familiarity with kitchen hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
