📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct detailed account reviews and assessments to determine the best course of action for delinquent accounts.
• Negotiate settlements and implement collection strategies to maximize recoveries.
• Monitor and report on collection performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with the front office to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in credit recovery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and collections processes.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certification in Oracle Collections or SAP is a plus.
