📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in handling guest inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, checking them in/out, and addressing their needs.
• Assist with front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
• Support housekeeping and maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution.
• Assist in organizing and managing guest records and documents.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance customer service skills.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation related to customer service activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, tourism, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
• Availability to work in Bali, with a start date flexible within the next 3 months.
