📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and organizing daily menus.,Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.,Manage inventory and stock levels.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
