📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a department of 10-15 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company objectives.,Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.,Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with senior management to drive departmental growth and innovation.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.,Represent the department at company meetings and events as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role within the electronics industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Understanding of HR practices and labor laws.,Familiarity with electronic manufacturing processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
