📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) using Oracle PeopleSoft
• Process payroll and ensure accuracy using SAP
• Coordinate employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies
• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews
• Organize and facilitate training programs and workshops
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts
• Support the HR team in administrative tasks and projects

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR administration
• Familiarity with HRIS systems, particularly Oracle PeopleSoft
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of payroll processing and employee benefits is a plus
