📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions for patient payments and insurance claims,Maintain accurate financial records and reports,Assist patients with registration and appointment scheduling,Provide information to patients and visitors about clinic services and policies,Coordinate with the clinic staff to ensure smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally,Assist in inventory management and ordering of supplies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or administrative role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and organizational skills,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
