📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Identify training needs and design relevant training programs.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on new skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Collaborate with managers and employees to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs and participant feedback.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
