📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.,Assist in the recruitment and training of new nursing staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,At least 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
