Operations Manager - Bali

PT Lumbung Pangan Mataram is seeking a talented Operations Manager to join our team in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic planning, budget management, and facility optimization for our agricultural and hospitality ventures. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, managing budgets, and driving operational excellence. This position is based in Bali, with the flexibility to work across various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement operational strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in operations management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the agricultural or hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
