📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the distribution process, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with drivers and delivery personnel.
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Track and analyze distribution performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of distribution activities and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to address any distribution-related issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution and logistics.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs related to distribution and logistics.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
  • Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
