PT Optima Property is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting potential customers into loyal clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with an internet connection. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and prospect potential customers in the Cilegon, Banten area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.,Present and explain product offerings to potential customers.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.,Monitor sales performance and report to the sales manager.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales events as required.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field activities.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
