This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create visually appealing and effective designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and social media posts.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logo design, color schemes, and typography.,Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with the company's goals and target audience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.,Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.,Provide design solutions that enhance user engagement and drive conversions.,Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Assist in the creation of design guidelines and templates for consistent branding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to manage time and priorities effectively to meet project deadlines.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Familiarity with digital marketing principles and tools is a plus.
