As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our store. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting product demonstrations and providing detailed information to customers about our products.,Assisting customers in finding the right products to meet their needs and preferences.,Promoting our products and services through various sales techniques and strategies.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to ensure customer satisfaction.,Achieving and exceeding sales targets to contribute to the store's revenue growth.,Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints or issues promptly.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals and maintain a positive work environment.,Participating in store promotions, events, and marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.,Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.,Excellent product knowledge and the ability to learn and adapt to new products and trends.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet multiple deadlines.
