📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in the food or retail industry.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage a team and drive performance.,Understanding of sales and marketing principles.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
