📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the Global Payment Centre, ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of international payments.
• Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement and monitor payment systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to payment processing.
• Analyze and report on payment operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
• Collaborate with the IT department to ensure the integration and performance of payment systems.
• Provide training and support to staff on payment systems and processes.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes related to payment operations.
• Represent the Group Operations team in meetings and discussions with stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payment operations, banking, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of international payment systems and regulations.
• Proficient in using payment processing software such as SWIFT, FPS, or similar systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
