📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads, using industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Develop and maintain our brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all projects and materials.
• Collaborate with project managers and marketing teams to understand project goals and translate them into engaging visual concepts.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve our creative output.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and refine them based on feedback.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to the development of our design process and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with design tools like Canva or other relevant software.
• Strong understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Knowledge of the construction and development industry is a plus.
