📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients to collect payments and resolve any issues that may arise
• Use our proprietary CRM system to track client interactions and manage your workload
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our services
• Provide excellent customer service and support to our clients
• Follow up on overdue payments and work with our collections team to recover any outstanding amounts
• Submit accurate and timely reports to your supervisor
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the financial services industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with our proprietary CRM system
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
