📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting our network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Support the IT team in managing our ServiceNow and Jira instances, ensuring smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Assist in the deployment and maintenance of our Microsoft 365 environment.
• Participate in system maintenance tasks, including backups, updates, and patches.
• Document IT processes and procedures, ensuring knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, contributing to the overall IT strategy.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies, suggesting improvements where appropriate.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT fundamentals, including networking, operating systems, and software applications.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and Jira is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is required.
