📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify, evaluate, and cultivate potential Brand Ambassador partnerships.
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to drive brand growth and market expansion.
- Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial outreach to post-partnership review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
- Leverage Salesforce and Hootsuite to track and analyze partnership performance.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Present partnership proposals and reports to senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Brand Ambassadors and key stakeholders.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in partnership development or similar roles.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and Hootsuite.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
